1. John Jr and Yuēhàn was excited for their family trip to Gettysburg battlefield. Before packing their suitcases, John Jr and Yuēhàn looked at some history books to have a better understanding of how Gettysburg battlefield was so important. 2. John Jr gave Yuēhàn some history about the Civil War. The American Civil War was a war between the Union (Northern US States) and the Confederacy (Southern US States) that lasted from 1861-1865. The war was fought over disagreements about slavery, states vs. federal rights, the election of Abraham Lincoln, and the economy. 3. John Jr found some information on the battle of Gettysburg. The Battle of Gettysburg was a three-day battle fought between Union and Confederate forces between July 1 and July 3, 1863, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The battle, which was won by the Union, is widely considered the Civil War's turning point, ending the Confederacy's aspirations to establish an independent nation. It was the Civil War's bloodiest battle, claiming over 50,000 combined casualties over three days. 4. Yuēhàn found some information of the final battle and shared it with John Jr. The Battle of Palmito Ranch took place on May 12–13, 1865, near the Rio Grande in Cameron County, Texas. The battle was fought between Confederate forces under Col. John S. “Rip” Ford and Union forces under Col. Theodore H. Barrett. The battle resulted in a Confederate victory. 5. John. Jr and Yuēhàn finished packing and loaded up the car. They had a wonderful time in Gettysburg and even saw a Civil War reenactment.

On the starting line were many cars: sporty racers, big trucks, and other homemade ones. Thorn took the wheel, Fluffy sat beside him, and Andryusha was in the back with tools, just in case. The signal sounded, and they sped off! Thorn steered confidently, with Fluffy guiding him and Andryusha ready for anything. The road was tough — tight turns, narrow bridges, and steep hills. At one turn, their car skidded, and a tire burst. They pulled over, and Andryusha quickly replaced the tire with help from his friends. Despite the delay, they pressed on. Soon, they saw Brownie the bear, whose car was stuck in a ditch. Thorn stopped, and they helped push the car out. Brownie was grateful and promised to remember their kindness. On the final stretch, Brownie, moved by their help, let them pass. They crossed the finish line first, greeted by cheers. Winning felt great, but the friends knew that the real victory was in supporting each other and helping others. Their car "Friendship" became a symbol of their strong bond. After the race, they returned to their usual lives

Při návratu domů, v záři zapadajícího slunce, si uvědomily, že největším pokladem není sklo ani motýli, ale přátelství, které si vybudovaly. Naučily se, jak je důležité spolupracovat a sdílet zážitky. Kouzelná mapa je zavedla na tajná místa ve městě, ale především jim ukázala poklady jejich srdcí. Francesco è un giovane alto, di 30 anni, docente di Educazione civica che ha realizzato il suo sogno: ha ottenuto la cattedra presso una scuola secondaria in un paesino di montagna. Insegna nella scuola che aveva frequentato da ragazzo e dove era stato bullizzato da due compagni perchè lui aveva una piccola malformazione al viso: una cicatrice sulla guancia destra. Francesco all'inizio del nuovo anno scolastico cerca di trasmettere dei veri valori ai suoi alunni ed alle sue studentesse. Vuole fare capire ai ragazzi che " la diversità" va accettata e compresa, che il bullo di turno non è altro che una persona debole che spesso nasconde dei disagi. Francesco racconta ai suoi alunni la sua storia per sensibilizzarli e far capire che le persone non vanno giudicate per il loro aspetto fisico. Un giorno a scuola arriva Giuliano, un uomo adulto, gentile ed autorevole. Lui è uno psicologo scolastico che cerca di aiutare sia i bulli che le vittime con lo sportello di Ascolto psicologico. Racconta delle storie che insegnano la gentilezza, l'altruismo e il rispetto degli altri. GIULIANO aiuta le vittime di bullismo a reagire con gentilezza e a guardare il mondo con fiducia, ad accrescere la propria autostima. Purtroppo prima di Natale, un giorno, a causa di incomprensioni su una chat di messaggistica, scoppia una lite tra due alunne della scuola, tra Carla e Sofia e il Preside vorrebbe sospendere lo sportello di ascolto psicologico anche perchè i fondi ministeriali stanno per finire . I due alunni coinvolti nella lite, dopo essere stati aiutati dallo psicologo Giuliano a riflettere sul loro comportamento, vanno dal Preside per chiedere scusa. Grazie alla donazione di un benefattore il progetto di ascolto viene finanziato fino alla fine dell'anno scolastico. Come simbolo di serenità e unione nel cortile della scuola viene collocata la "panchina viola della gentilezza" per tutto il personale della scuola.
