Closing her eyes, she sang a song her grandmother had taught her. "It’s beautiful," said the wizard, appearing beside her. "Now we have everything." Back in the clearing, the wizard combined the ingredients. The star’s fragments fused together, glowing brightly until it was whole again. "Thank you, Luna," said the wizard. "You have saved the sky." Before leaving, he gave her a star-shaped pendant. "This will always protect you. And every time you see a falling star, know that I am thinking of you."
